Charlie Carter is the Senior Administrator at Exeter. He comes from a flying family - his father was in the RAF for many years and now works for FlyBe at Exeter. Charlie is training to be a pilot (when he ever manages to get time off from running the office at ASW and his activities as an international cricketer) and is still besotted with Concorde!
