The Fly Out on 28th May to Alderney was brilliant. We had the best ever weather, CAVOK and warm. The Cafe on the beach lived up to its reputation and we are all very sorry to return to cold and cloudy Devon. Pics to follow.

congratulations to Gordon Shenkin who passed his CPL and IR in the same week,
followed by his MCC the week after. Talk about a fast worker! Remember the highlights of an earlier year?
Hamish Findlay did his first solo on his 16th
birthday - exactly two years after his first flight on his 14th. He collected his licence from Gatwick on his
17th birthday and came back to Exeter to take his Father
flying. He couldn’t stop long as he
needed to be back for his first driving lesson!!!!!!!!!
"On 24th October James Pyne was presented
with GAPAN's "outstanding scholarship winner" award at a ceremony at
the Guildhall, London." Well, last month, with a load of Citation hours under his belt, he passed his Challenger type rating - at 22 years and 2 months of age. We wonder if he is the youngest Challenger F/O???
